Scientific basis of allergy October – November 2021 (New course)
Live online sessions on 3 & 16 -18 November 2021
In this short course you will study the scientific basis of allergy, focussing on the immune mechanisms
underlying allergic diseases and how this relates to the origins, pathophysiology, clinical presentation,
diagnostic approach and potential prevention and therapeutic targets such as biologics and immunotherapy.

Food hypersensitivity October – November 2021
Live online sessions on 11 & 22 – 24 November 2021
A comprehensive overview of food hypersensitivity in children and adults that will help you develop a robust
understanding of the scientific basis underpinning its pathophysiology, diagnosis, prevention, and
management. This will enable you to develop skills in identifying, planning the management and
treatment of these patients.

Diagnosis & treatment of allergic diseases December 2021 – January 2022 (New course)
Live online sessions on 10 & 17-19 January 2022
You will study a comprehensive overview of the diagnosis and management of allergic diseases in children
and in adults. The course aims to develop your understanding of the clinical features seen in allergic
disease which will enable you to conduct appropriate clinical history-taking and diagnostic work-up and
arrive at an accurate diagnosis.
