Living with a serious allergy has a huge impact on every facet of life. From eating in schools to going on holiday, what are day-to-day activities for most people can present challenges for those at risk of a serious allergic reaction.

Anaphylaxis UK believes that, with the right knowledge and support, the future is brighter for those living with serious allergies. We want to support you to live a safe, free and full life, just like everyone else.

Why support Anaphylaxis UK

We are the only UK-wide charity solely supporting the growing numbers of people at risk of serious allergic reactions and anaphylaxis. In the UK, 1-2% of adults and 5-8% of children have a food allergy – this equates to over 2 million people. Hospital admissions for anaphylaxis have risen by around 70% in the past seven years for under 18s. Our services continue to be inundated with queries and requests for support.

We receive no government funding or grants, so your support is vital for us to continue our work to create a safe environment for those living with serious allergies.

We are humbled and grateful for your support.

Whether you donate, run a marathon, hold an allergy-friendly bake sale, follow our social media channels, like and share our posts, sign up to our
e-newsletter, or watch a ‘Talking to the experts’ podcast…your friendship means that together, we can achieve great things to create a safe environment for everyone with allergies.

Thank you.
