We have been alerted by Lidl GB that it is recalling its Baresa Pesto 190g, Alla Genovese/Green variant only from sale because it contains peanuts which is not correctly declared on the ingredient label.
The product is therefore unsuitable for and should be avoided by anyone with an allergy or intolerance to peanuts.
If you have bought the above product and have an allergy or intolerance to peanuts, do not eat it. Instead, return it to a Lidl GB store for a full refund, with or without a receipt. No other batch codes or Baresa products are affected by this recall.
