We have been alerted by Mondelez UK that they have become aware that some consumers eating their new Cadbury Dairy Milk Crunchy Honeycomb bar have not noticed or recognised that the bar also contains chopped Hazelnuts. Hazelnuts are clearly depicted graphically and in text on the front of pack and in the ingredients list. However, some consumers have consumed it assuming it to be only honeycomb.
The product is unsuitable for and should be avoided by anyone with an allergy or intolerance to Hazelnuts.
This is not a product recall, but Mondelez UK would like to warn nut allergic consumers to the presence of Hazelnuts in this bar, to prevent any further incidents as consumer safety is their priority.
