We have been alerted by the Co-op that it is recalling its Co-op Bakery Short Crust Mince Pies from sale because they may contain barley (gluten) which may not be correctly declared on the ingredient label. Some product labels may be missing the indication of containing barley.
The product is therefore unsuitable for and should be avoided by anyone with an allergy or intolerance to barley or gluten.
If you have bought the above product and have an allergy or intolerance to barley or gluten, do not eat it and return to your nearest Co-op store for a full refund.
