Health Related Quality of Life in food and venom induced anaphylaxis and role of influencing factors

This review explores the Health Related Quality of Life (HRQL) in allergic patients suffering from food and venom allergy, both being the most frequent causes of serious allergy and potential life-threatening reactions. The study found that fear of anaphylaxis due to previous reactions and bullying in children with serious allergies impacted negatively on HRQL.
