Do you or your child have a food allergy, food intolerance or coeliac disease?

Have you had a reaction to food or drink or have narrowly avoided having a reaction in the last 5 years?

If so, please fill in this survey!

The Food Standards Agency (the food regulator for England, Northern Ireland and Wales) want to understand the experiences of people who have had reactions to food or drinks or have narrowly avoided having a reaction. By telling FSA about your experience they can better understand what is happening and why it’s happening.

The FSA is responsible for allergen labelling and providing guidance to consumers with food hypersensitivity. It conducts research like this to inform it’s work in this area.
