COMING SOON…. ‘Allergy Aware’ a news-style programme hitting your screens in October!

We’re thrilled to announce that we are partnering with ITN Business to produce an upcoming news-style programme ‘Allergy Aware’, launching on 1st October to coincide with Anaphylaxis Awareness Week.

This collaboration aims to shed light on various aspects of allergy management whilst showcasing organisations making significant contributions to the field. Alongside vital information on allergies, anaphylaxis, and prevention strategies, the programme will highlight the invaluable work of organisations like Anaphylaxis UK and others all dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by allergies.​ Empowering people to navigate allergies with knowledge and confidence is at the heart of what we do here after all.

Presented by Sharon Thomas, Allergy Aware will delve into treatment and prevention methods, including medication management, allergen avoidance strategies, and emergency response protocols. Additionally, it will explore innovative allergy therapies and personalised medicine, as well as looking at how technology improves accessibility and efficiency in allergy care.​

Over the next few months we will be busy working with ITN Business on content for the programme including interviews and editorial features. Allergy Aware will then launch on a dedicated page on the ITN Business Hub on 1^st October 2024 in recognition of Anaphylaxis Awareness week, which will be running from 1^st – 7^th October.
