We have been alerted by Lidl Northern Ireland that it is recalling its three J.D. Gross Mini Chocolate Bites products from sale because they contain or may contain barley, cereals containing gluten, egg, milk, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts and others), peanuts, sesame and soya which are not correctly declared on the ingredients label as  the allergens are not provided in English.

The product is therefore unsuitable for and should be avoided by anyone with an allergy or intolerance to barley, cereals containing gluten, egg, milk, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts and others), peanuts, sesame and/or soya.

If you have bought the above product and have an allergy or intolerance to barley, cereals containing gluten, egg, milk, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts and others), peanuts, sesame and/or soya, do not eat it. Instead, return the product to a Lidl store for a full refund, with or without a receipt.
