Aston University, Birmingham, is inviting adults with a diagnosed food allergy to take part in a research study exploring how people cope with food allergies and how this affects everyday life. In particular, the study looks at whether feeling more confident in managing a food allergy is linked to lower levels of worry about allergic reactions and, in turn, a better quality of life.

Participants will be asked to complete a short online questionnaire about their confidence in managing their allergy, concerns about allergic reactions, coping styles, and how their allergy affects daily activities. The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and confidential.

Note: Taking part is entirely voluntary, and you can withdraw from the study at any time without giving a reason.
