AllergyWise Anaphylaxis Online Training

What is AllergyWise?

AllergyWise is an online e-learning course and the easiest way to learn about anaphylaxis, the risks of severe allergies and how to manage them. The courses can be worked through conveniently from your home or workplace, wherever and whenever it suits you. The courses are simple to follow with interactive diagrams and graphics which makes learning about anaphylaxis and teaching those around you easier than ever, no matter who you are or what you do.

What courses are available?

AllergyWise for Parents and Carers of Children with Severe Allergies

This free online e-learning course is designed for parents and carers of severely allergic children. This course aims to improve and update knowledge about the everyday management of severe allergies.

  • Costs: Free, optional certificate for £5 plus VAT
  • Type of course: Online e-learning
  • Time to complete: Approximately 45 minutes
  • Designed for: Parents and carers of children (ages 4-16) with severe allergies

This free online e-learning course is designed to provide individuals with a severe allergy all they need to know about how to get on in life while managing their condition. This course includes how to recognise the signs of a severe anaphylactic reaction, what to do in an emergency, how to understand food labels and tips on general allergen avoidance.

  • Course qualification: RCN Certificate on completion
