Sometimes the Anaphylaxis Campaign will receive donations or income from working with businesses such as income from advertising, benefits in kind and sponsorship.
The Anaphylaxis Campaign has an Ethical Corporate Relationship Policy which sets out how we work with businesses such as the food industry and pharmaceutical industry.
We uphold the values of:
- Clarity: we don’t necessarily recommend or endorse any specific products mentioned in our materials. People and organisations that wish to use our materials must not imply that the Anaphylaxis Campaign endorses their organisation or use of the information.
- Transparency: we ensure that adverts and promotional materials are clearly identified.
- Integrity: we only accept sponsorship or advertising appropriate to our aims and values. We do not accept sponsorship or advertising that contains: provocative images; offensive or inappropriate language; defamatory, libellous or unlawful content; promotes alcohol, tobacco products, firearms or other weapons, gambling activities, unlicensed pharmaceutical products or products that make unsubstantiated claims to reduce allergic reactions or sensitivity or any content which could reasonably be considered to discriminate.
