McDonald’s Change of Recipe Alert

Anaphylaxis Campaign have been informed by McDonald’s that from Wednesday 2nd February, it is changing the recipe of its saver chicken patty meaning that the allergen status is changing.

This will impact it’s Mayo Chicken and Bacon Mayo Chicken products. These products will now contain the additional allergen, Celery.

McDonald’s has also stated that the allergen status of other menu items will change in relation to the allergens they may contain:

Oreo® McFlurry® –may contain Barley and Oat

Smarties® McFlurry® -may contain Oat

Salads range -may contain Milk
