Get involved

Join us from 1 – 7 October 2025 for a week dedicated to raising awareness about anaphylaxis and supporting those affected. If you’re able to raise some pounds and pennies along the way, it would mean a lot to us.

Invite colleagues to do something special to mark this important week. Whatever you decide to do, we would love for you to get involved and our Fundraising Team will support you every step of the way to make sure your experience is enjoyable and a success!

Chat over a cuppa

Anaphylaxis Awareness Week 2025 is the perfect time to get the world talking about anaphylaxis and serious allergies. Put the kettle on and create a safe space to chat with a colleague about your personal allergy journey or a loved one’s experience, or how you can make a difference to keep people living at risk of anaphylaxis safe in your company.

Chatting over a cuppa can help to calm the fear and worry that can come with living with allergies, dispel stigmas and misinformation, and come together to listen, talk and change lives.

Host an allergy-friendly cake sale

Hold an inclusive bake sale and encourage allergy-friendly treats to sell in your workplace during Anaphylaxis Awareness Week. Download our essential Big Bake pack with important information about labelling ingredients and allergens, how to make your sale allergy-friendly, delicious recipe ideas and useful resources to promote the event and decorate your stands.

Allergy awareness station

Dedicate a space in a communal area during the week to talk all about allergies and how Anaphylaxis UK is here to support you and whoever needs us in your time of need. Download and print posters and leaflets to educate colleagues on the signs of anaphylaxis and what to do in an emergency, plus other resources such as bunting to decorate your allergy awareness station.

Wear It Bright

Dress up in your brightest clothes and #WearItBright to share your support for a brighter future for people living with serious allergies.

Ask colleagues to dress up in their brightest clothes and donate a £1 to add to the fundraising pot. To pay in your monies or you can pay online to Anaphylaxis UK.
