Anaphylaxis UK is delighted to announce the return of our Business Symposium in 2025 — a leading event dedicated to advancing best practice in allergen management across the food sector. 

Taking place on Wednesday 12 November 2025 at the Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre, Birmingham, the symposium will bring together professionals from across food retail, manufacturing, supply chain management, and the out-of-home sector. 

Hosted in partnership with the University of Birmingham, this flagship event offers a unique opportunity to:
