Board of Trustees – Treasurer vacancy
We are seeking to appoint a new Trustee – Treasurer to our Board (current membership: 8 Trustees) to complement the skills and experience of our current Trustees and enhance our ability to plan for the future.
As a Trustee of the Campaign, you will have a shared legal responsibility for the overall management and decision-making of the charity. The Campaign is governed through its Memorandum and Articles of Association and is a registered Company (Reg. No. 4133242) as well as a Charity (Reg. No. 1085527).
In addition to the responsibilities which are generic to all Trustees, we are particularly interested in candidates who have expertise in the following areas:
- Charity law and governance
- Medical / clinical or academic knowledge of anaphylaxis and related issues
- Experience of working in an educational setting or the pharmaceutical industry
The successful applicant will be required to attend Board meetings, held approx. quarterly throughout the year, and a Trustees’ Strategy Day. Our meetings are held in London at a centrally-located venue. Reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
