The Youth Ambassadors Scheme is new to the Anaphylaxis Campaign in 2016.
The Youth Ambassadors are a team of young people aged 16-18 who we support to produce social media and website communications for other young allergic people.
Meet the team
“I am seventeen years old and am currently studying A levels in Politics, History and English Literature at college. I was diagnosed with a peanut allergy at the age of three. I am looking forward to working with the Anaphylaxis Campaign as I believe it does a great job in raising awareness and supporting those with allergies.”
“My name is Rebecca Dowson, and I am 16 years old. I have been a confirmed anaphylactic since the age of 6, when I ended up in hospital on Christmas Day after eating a Brazil nut. Other allergies include many nuts and fruit. I am an avid reader and I play the flute.”
