You can call the helpline on 01252 542029 or send them an email to [email protected]
Our helpline operates from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
They can help the allergic community and those who care for them on a variety of topics including; allergy care, labelling, legislation, food incidents and the physiological impact. If you have an allergy or care for some who does and need information or support on allergies they can help. They are also able to offer help to those who work in education, healthcare or in the food industry.
Contact with our helpline is confidential, we only keep anonymised details of the nature of enquires to continue to improve the helpline service.
The Helpline doesn’t just help you, though… The thousands of enquires we help with every year are key to the Campaign’s understanding of the allergic community. We are often asked to provide the patient perspective and so can inform how studies are set up and what research protocols should be used. In turn, research results are used to update our Allergy Knowledgebase and direct how we provide information and advice. So it’s a two way street, the more we help, the more we know and the more we can help!
