Has the cold weather put you off walking that extra bus stop or getting in your morning jog? We feel you. It’s COLD! But we have good news: research shows that by February, gyms and health clubs are back to normal attendance levels following the rush in January. And bonus, gyms are WARM!
So, here’s the challenge for February – we’re asking our supporters to help us hit our target of 500 miles! You can walk, run or jog but it must be indoors.
