The 2021 Annual General Meeting for members of the Anaphylaxis Campaign will be held on 5th July 2021 at 6pm at Stone King LLP, Boundary House, 91 Charterhouse Street, London, EC1M 6HR; and also via Zoom.
Due to existing Covid-19 restrictions, the Meeting will be held both in person (at the address above) and electronically via Zoom. Members will also be able to vote on the business of the meeting via proxy, using the proxy form enclosed with this notice.
While members are entitled to attend in person, in order to assist with the administration of the Meeting (and to help ensure compliance with existing Covid-19 restrictions around numbers), we would be grateful if interested members could either attend via Zoom or vote via proxy, where possible.
NB. To confirm your attendance by either (a) attending in person or (b) attending via Zoom, you need to let us know no later than 18th June 2021 so that we can manage numbers and provide further details (such as health and safety requirements if attending in person and the Zoom details if attending electronically)
