We know how tough it is being a young person or teenager and trying to cope with severe allergy. There are so many challenges at this time in life, like attending school or college, going out and socialising, travelling and university, but managing an allergy independently for the first time on top of all this can make things even more difficult.
We want to help you to face these challenges with all the best information available so that you can get on with life.
Follow us on Facebook and Twitter for the latest updates on allergy.
Become a member – if you're over 18 we'd love to have you as part of our community of members, so you know exactly where to go for support, information and understanding.
Take the AllergyWise online course - we know you're busy but it could help you learn to manage your allergy completely independently and let parents and friends see that you've got it covered.

Attend one of our support groups. Our Workshops are run for 11-18 year olds with severe allergy and their parents. The workshops focus on the issues that you face, living with your allergy in everyday life. Your workshop is in a separate room to your parents, although you do cover the same topics, only from your own perspectives. Book a place for you and your parent.
