The above product which is produced by Fredericks Dairies Ltd. contains Soya lecithin. E322 is listed within the biscuit cone ingredients, but the fact that this is derived from Soya is not reflected on the packaging.
The product should therefore be avoided by anyone with an allergy to soya.
