We’ve been notified by Asda that Asda Extra Special Wiltshire Style Ham 500g with a Use By date of 7th September 09 contains breadcrumb. The presence of gluten (wheat) has not been declared on the packaging and the product is therefore unsuitable for anyone with an allergy to wheat gluten.
If you have an allergy to wheat gluten you should avoid this product.
If you have bought Extra Special Wiltshire Style Ham 500g with a Use By of 7th September 09 you can return it to your nearest Asda store where you will be given a full refund. You do not need your receipt.
Asda has said that no other date codes have been affected and that they apologise for any inconvenience caused.
